Our success fee covers the detailed claim assessment up front to identify if valid grounds exist for making a claim. We then research, prepare and oversee the claim to FSCS, and can locate supporting paperwork to support your claim from public records should you not wish to pursue this yourself with FSCS which is a free service.
Our success fee is 20% of any refund you receive, and is only payable once you receive your refund.
There are no upfront charges or additional costs, and if you do not receive a refund, there is no charge whatsoever.
